We purchased this vacation home as an escape from the South Florida heat and hustle for our family. We have always loved the mountains but owning this home has made us fall that much more in love with this specific area, to the point where we cant imagine a life doesnt include continuing to make more memories here.
I have set the home up where it is fully turnkey with all management and systems in place so someone can purchase their share of the home and begin to enjoy it immediately without any work needed whatsoever. We are looking for the right partner/family who is looking for a great investment opportunity into a vacation home and appreciates the home and the area as much as we do.
