Am I the property owner?

Accepted Answer

You are the owner in a share deal for the property, i.e. you acquire a share in the property company, which is entered in the land register as the property owner. With the purchase, you become a shareholder and are a proportionate property owner.

How do I book my stays?

Accepted Answer

Through the MYNE app, you can always reserve your stays 2 days to 2 years in advance. When you arrive, your belongings are already on site, and the fridge is filled on request.

What if I want to sell?

Accepted Answer

You can sell your share again at any time. We will be happy to help you find a new buyer. One of the other co-owners may want to take over your share directly.

What has to be considered from a tax point of view?

MYNE and renowned tax and law firms have developed a structure optimized for holding and managing holiday properties at home and abroad. This structure helps to avoid typical stumbling blocks. We would happily explain the details to you in a personal meeting.

Do I need to co-ordinate with the other co-owners of my property?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to coordinate directly with the other co-owners because MYNE takes care of everything! We take care of all administrative tasks, including coordinating all MYNE co-owners. You enjoy your home.

How could I make money with the property?

Accepted Answer

As a MYNE co-owner, you participate proportionally to your share in the property's performance. Some properties can also be rented out to tourists at the request of the MYNE co-owners to generate rental income with the property.

Is this a Time Share offer?

No, MYNE co-ownership is not a classic timeshare offer. With MYNE, you acquire real estate property in a share deal, i.e. you become a shareholder in a property company that owns a specific property. As a shareholder, you can dispose of the property accordingly and use it proportionally. MYNE takes care of the coordination between the co-owners as well as the management of the property.

What is included in the purchase price?

The purchase prices of a share include:
- Incidental purchase costs (land transfer tax, notary, legal structure)

- Comprehensive equipment down to the teaspoon
- Legal & tax structuring of co-ownership
