Our brand-new, coastal, and modern beach house, completed in April 2024, is ideally
located at MP20.5, just 91 steps from the ocean in South Nags Head.
This luxurious home features a bright, serene, and relaxing decor with
beautiful turquoise accents. Elevated 18 feet off the ground, all living
spaces are on one level, offering a perfect blend of comfort and
elegance. Enjoy the lovely light and ocean views from both the deck and
the great room. (Master swimspa heated all year round).
The newly built Turquoise Beach House features a great room that seamlessly combines the
kitchen, dining, and living areas into one expansive open space,
highlighted by a stunning two-story wall of windows offering abundant
natural light and breathtaking ocean views. The front deck provides
panoramic vistas of the ocean and surroundings, ideal for watching the
sun rise and set from our 270-degree vantage point.
Each bedroom is uniquely named and themed after some of our favorite travel destinations, with signs to match:
Bedroom 1: Turks & Caicos (Master Bedroom (with a firm mattress) en suite bathroom)
Bedroom 2: Big Blue (Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, medium soft mattress )
Bedroom 3: Bahamas with a medium soft mattress
(Hall bathroom for the bedrooms 3&4)
Bedroom 4: Hawaii (twin xl medium mattresses)
The beach is approximately 350 feet from our house—just 91 steps
away—without any streets to cross. It’s public and typically uncrowded.
Located just 10 minutes (5 miles) from town, you'll find plenty of grocery
stores, restaurants, and shopping options, including Food Lion, Fresh
Market, and Harris Teeter. If you need anything, you'll find it in our
local Tanger Outlet Mall or the nearby stores. Whether you prefer a
quiet retreat or an active vacation with lighthouse visits, beach
outings, the NC Aquarium, fishing, or water activities like jet skiing
and sailing, there is something for everyone.
We provide Spectrum 100Mbps internet with streaming and Xumo channels on the main TV. The
living room features a 55” TV (not pictured yet), and the master and
Hawaii bedrooms have new 40” TVs (also not yet pictured). Please note
that while we strive to provide consistent WiFi/Internet service, we
cannot guarantee it due to potential Spectrum outages or weather-related
issues. Mobile/cell service is generally good, though it may be spotty
in certain areas.
The 2 bedrooms facing the Ocean side have black out shades. The West side has light filtering. All of the windows in the Great room
now has high end custom roller shades for privacy and sun filtering, check the airbnb listing for updated photos.
